COLORKEY, a leading domestic "affordable beauty" brand in China, aimed to replicate its success in Southeast Asia. However, the region presents an entirely different platform ecosystem, aesthetic preferences and cultural context — requiring a partner with genuine bi-directional cultural intelligence.
